Shipping Fee

• For a single order of RM120 and above, FREE shipping service in West Malaysia.

• For a single order of below RM120, GDex shipping fee of RM8 will be incurred.

• East Malaysia will be using Poslaju. First kilogram of RM12 will be incurred for Sabah & Sarawak address . The cost of the additional weight will be born by us.

• All East Malaysia’s customers have to bear the shipping fee for the first 2 kg no matter how much order being place.

Parcel Pickup Time
You may order & pick up at our Treatment Centre .
Parcel Receiving Time

• West Malaysia: 3 to 5 working days by GDex (Please ensure someone is available to acknowledge receipt of the parcel)

• East Malaysia: 3 to 5 working days by Poslaju (Please ensure someone is available to acknowledge receipt of the parcel)

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.)
